🔸Food Brewer Secures $5.6 million from Lindt and Sparkalis as Strategic Investors
Swiss startup Food Brewer, which produces cocoa via plant cell culture, has secured CHF 5 million ($5.6 million) in a seed extension round, bringing total funding to CHF 10 million ($11.1 million). 🔸 Valar Atomics Raises $19M with Vision for Big Off-Grid Nuclear

Barcelona-based 4Founders Capital has raised €44 million in the first close of its third fund, targeting early-stage tech startups. The firm, known for its investments in Spanish and European startups, plans to back around 40 companies with initial tickets between €250K and €2M.
🔹 Schwabe-Backed NaturalX Launches $105M Consumer Health Fund
German pharmaceutical company Schwabe has launched NaturalX Health Ventures, a €100M ($105M) fund focused on consumer health startups. The fund will invest mainly in Europe, with some U.S. opportunities, targeting preventative healthcare, digital health, and biomarker testing.
🔹 Afore Capital Raises $185M for Pre-Seed Investments
Pre-seed investor Afore Capital has raised a $185M fourth fund and introduced a Founders-in-Residence (FIR) program, supporting entrepreneurs still in the ideation phase. The firm will invest in 35-40 startups and back 50-75 early-stage founders through FIR.
